They'll do it too, because our politicians are too weak to do otherwise.
Hi

The WTO members who have lodged complaints are not seeking to keep us under their control and yet are doing so to protect their own interests.

That is the way of life and is far more dangerous to our plans for the future than the EU are.

It has nothing to do with Politicians caving in to demands, it is all to do with negotiating power.

You can have Jacob Rees Mogg and Co, the effect would be the same, pay up or have a Hard Brexit.

Hi

All joking apart JBR, we both voted for Brexit, we both knew that things would be difficult for a time until we realigned ourselves.

We have the four principal Tory Brexiteers from the Leave Campaign in very senior positions in Government.

Boris, Davies, Fox and Gove.

So far, they have not delivered on any of the promises that they made during the Referendum Campaign.

I find this unacceptable.

So do I. Clearly, the politicians who are leading this procedure are incompetent or perhaps have some hidden agenda.

We need some better politicians, like Jacob Rees-Mogg for example.

I doesn't matter who is put in charge of the 'negotiations' if one side has a set agenda you will not progress unless they are prepared to concede a little ground.

You're perfectly correct, but I am sure that the EU are not prepared to concede anything.

Our only consequence is to walk.

Unfortunately, Mrs Maybe hasn't got the balls to walk away and continues her pointless 'negotiating'.

She has, of course, already given concessions of her own: to continue to pay them for a two years extension. After that, we are likely to be in exactly the same position, so perhaps another two years for further generous payments.

And so our membership of the EU will continue indefinitely.

Hi

It is impossible to just walk away unless we are ready for WTO Rules.

We are not, and therein lies the problem.

My problem is how long will it be before we are ready?

Will we ever be ready?

Will we ever achieve independence from the EU?
