I'm hopping mad!!!
Yodel, that wonderful courier company loved by many, has yet again failed! Tracking my order I see they tried around 1.30, no answer, and left a card. So that's the second time someone in my block is removing my cards, or they're falling down a crack in the floor.
and as for today...I was at home eating my lunch, and no-one pressed my buzzer. The truth is, they just didn't try!!
Managed to use online chat, and though I tried to get them to come out tonight, I was told the driver has their delivery sheet for the day, and can't come back out. So I sarcastically asked 'so why wasn't my parcel delivered, as per the orders?'
If the parcel had been small and light, I certainly would have used a pick up point. So tomorrow, the changed day, I shall go out for my paper and tv guide, as I usually do, and if I miss them, I miss them! Might ask a neighbour, whoever is home, to let them in. Except her next door, of course.
