I have limitations here. Several neighbours are out at work (or one works from home a few days and I don't want to disturb her), not yet sure of the new upstairs one. Her next door I can't ask, and the Caribbean tenant is sometimes out and about.Someone has to let them in for them to leave it here. and I don't know who to trust to ask.
Anyway, back home from shopping now (did a quick trip to the high street, for Sainsburys and Wilko), and will just keep trying the website tracker.
I did see a Facebook group, Carol, but it wouldn't let me post comments. I have tried to put up a review on Amazon, and have left feedback on Yodels website.

I hate to tell you this Jazzi but today I ordered a sleeping bag from Argos online at 12:30 and asked for delivery today.Delivery cost £3.95.
I received an email and text confirming my order and delivery time between 2 and 6 today. I received another text about an hour ago to say it was out for delivery. Then another text to say it would be delivered in the next 18 minutes. Sure enough its just arrived. Argos own delivery people. Roughly 3 hours from order to front door.

Good news for you, MC! I returned the crate today (not the run, which caused all the hoo hah this week!), and that was much better. Printed off the label, stuck it on the box and took it round to the local off licence for pick up and return. Have since received an acknowledgement from Amazon that the refund is taking place.Had to take the car, mind you, cos it was over 18kgs in weight.
