Does ‘Smut’ Really Have A Place On Forums?

Ok, nudge, nudge, wink, wink... we all like a laugh!
Realistically, are some of us, a little bit offended by ‘Smut’?
Which in reality, may be classified as...... soft porn?
So I ask, do you mind a bit of Smut? Is Smut ok, on forums?

Personally - I do not like it - in forum or real life. But it would not do for us all to like the same - life would be very boring without a bit of variety. We do have a section on OFF - 'Cheeky Chat' - which is, presumably for those who do like that sort of thing.

Perhaps everyone has their own idea of what 'smut' is?

There are cheeky, saucy comments which are said with no harm meant whatsoever, then there is really disgusting pervy stuff, which I personally would not like.

We're lucky, I think everyone on here knows the difference and where to draw the line.

Does it have a place on forums?

For those who enjoy it I suppose it does...I personally find middle age plus smutty humour a bit pathetic to be honest.

The odd one liner can be amusing, but the pictorial stuff no thanks eeeeuuuuuwwwwww

While I was surfing and googling to find a place such as this here I ran across many forums that would be what you classify as "smut". I am not a prude but I left them after a few minutes. LOL.
I can see the need for them. I am not offended but I would be bad at it I think.

Re: Does ‘Smut’ Really Have A Place On Forums?

The other question to go along side this one is "Are you a stuck up prude?"
Even ordinary jokes are looked down upon

Hate to say it but my sister in law has her nose stuck so high up in the air She can't see how "ordinary" people behave. Even Sue, who is her twin, agrees with me. To give some idea you would never take her to a pub carvery it is too low class for her, her type of pub has weird dishes-small amounts and charges the earth . Shopping with her is a nightmare , if the food is not from a specialist type shop then forget it.

Innuendos have been told since people learnt to talk. Look at your comedians of yesteryear, they were always hinting at something with two meanings, now it is downright filth

SO many prudes these days, hence the demise of the `saucy` postcards of yesteryear. A damned shame if you ask me, nowt wrong with a bit of innuendo.

What happened to saucy postcards?
Such fun and good old fashioned British humour
