graphics card in computer

Recently I have sometimes had small square pixel dots right across my monitor. not all the time but got annoying.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti [Display adapter] in my computer which has never been updated.

So this evening i went into computer management and onto the display adapter and then into driver and update.
Yes it needed updating so hit the update button and let the computer do the rest.

Now a lot better but the chrome display ar went a bit small so increased that size, my preference.

Hopefully that has stopped the dots appearing. This I don't think I have updated it in at least 5 years The difference on he monitor is like having a new one

Strange tale Realspeed. Lost pixels or irratic pixels would indicate a failing component imo. Not something a driver update would fix.

i would agree with you, all I can say is this driver was about 8 years old more or less, so will have to see how it goes with the update
