One of my grandsons insists on his sandwiches being cut in triangles another grandson wants his cut in rectangles.

Personally I don't bother cutting my sandwich at all I like it in one piece - the filling has less chance of falling out that way.

My first wife always used one of these:

Triangles - definitely. With the crusts on if I am eating alone - I like crusts - but I always cut them off when I have guests. I keep them, though, dry them in the oven and make them into breadcrumbs for future use.
