Chicken done in a Mesquite marinade.
Hell? Not a lot really. Tonight was a beef Burrito with a salad.
Grilled salmon with that Teriyaki sauce to die for.

Grits would probably around the bottom of the list. Next to porridge....

Heaven = any fruit, almonds, home made bread, cold water fresh prawns ...
Hell=chicken, the very smell of it cooking makes me want to also parsnips, turnips, mince, 'bits' of animal .

Heaven:
Dumplings
Custard with: Sponge puddings, suet puddings, fruit pies
Fish and chips
Mash
Cheese on toast
Frozen blueberries
(basically all the things with wheat and dairy in them that disrupt me somewhat )

Hell:
Over ripe bananas
Whelks, mussels... anything like that
Liver
Noodles
White rice
Mince with all it's bits in

That'll do for now... I'm getting on a roll now
I'm with you on most of that apart from the bananas. I can't stand the green ones, like eating a stick.

Tonight was Peri Peri chicken with a broccoli and cheese casserole and white sweetcorn.
Not bad for a Monday...................

Seafood - including shellfish - except whelks.
Ice Cream
Maple Syrup.
Cheese


Food Hell:-

Brussels Sprouts
Whelks
'fast foods' - burgers, kebabs etc., (unless home made)
Anything remotely french.
