I don't use the gel but take a Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg Tablet in the morning with my coffee. It makes all the difference to my aches and pains.
I also give it to my dogs when whey get old and start to feel the aches and pains in their joints.

Well at least taking it orally means you do get some glucosamine in your system. There is no evidence that glucosamine in gel has any effect.

Vodka...but for topicals I use Aspercreme and Icy Hot together.

If you are taking blood thinning medication always check if it's safe to do. I know you shouldn't take most pain gels if you are on cloperdogrel.

Volterol is the method I use for my aches and pains. Also ibuprofen.
