No, it hasn't got an engine, but the horse got a ticket for DUI the other day.

Re: Do You Think Old People Look Ridiculous Driving Sports Cars?

I have owned my MX5 for ten years and its still just like new in fact I only did 300 miles in it last year I do have access to another car so I tend to drive that as its a better driving position especially when its raining. I don't feel daft driving the MX5 not in the least, I should sell it though as I hardly use it.

If I want eye candy, I would prefer to see it out of the car so I can view all the assets, but if I wanted a lift, I would prefer an older driver! He is likely to have more driving experience, enough manners to help me get out of the low seat.... and will probably suggest lunch, with interesting conversation, at the end of the journey.

Don't be hard on older men ladies, they can be lovely!
Opposite where my mother lives, a low-slung white sports car pulls up from time to time because the occupant is visiting nearby. She's a rather shall we say `plump` (size 18?) lady of a certain age and how she manages to get in and out of her car is beyond me. She looks like an egg in its box.

Should you take your age into consideration when deciding what car to buy?

And he has to arrive everywhere an hour early to allow himself plenty of time to get out the car.
