Good morning Each,it's a fine sunny frosty one here so off for a brisk walk to see if it will get rid of this touch of sciatica on My left buttock before it gets any worse ...have a good one Folks,x

Morning May nowt worse than sciatica, walking used to help mine. Sunny and cold down here but like yourself im offski into thee wwwilderness with the camera.

Ta Folks,I think I've headed it off from travelling further down the leg,brisk walk,10 min' battering on My spine in the shower...I know what caused it as I used to get it often,this time it was sitting too long at this lap-top yesterday,so it's getting un-plugged for a couple of days...have a great day Nom & Everyone,see Ya all soon,x

Hi everyone . Like you May I don't think sitting around heps my back . See you when you get back from being unplugged .

Been out today for lunch and took an elderly friend for her shopping .

May chat to you when you get back. Abbey I felt my back really sore after Christmas when I had been sitting around quite a bit.

Gardening has just been rained off but got half and hour done . Trying not to sit around too much . Trying to keep my back moving .

Hi everybody. Cold and grey here today. Went to the hairdressers then into town for some shopping.
