Abbey I know quite a few friends who do water aerobics. May I enjoy swimming but its just to cold here to go to a pool and then come into the cold.Nice one Myrtle.

Afternoon All,lawns all mowed as the sun shone brightly,a wee bit of a chilly wind but very pleasant indeed...spent the rest of the day in summer hoose reading,and now making Myself a rare treat of chips & chicken for dinner...aint Life grand ....Hope Myrtle is enjoying Her break away and look forward to Her banter when She returns,x

Back from my trip to Worcester ... a bit of drizzle but so windy especially when we were up on the Malvern Hills .... it was really scary !!!

My 10 year old granddaughter was with me and she has a step counter on her phone ... she told me we walked 11 miles yesterday

Weather this morning really awful . However it brightened up after lunchtime and we took the dogs ( for the walk ) down to the village hall where we voted . Then we went to the village pub for a nice latte and then walked home .
