iPad keyboard freezes

Sometime the keyboard on my iPad freezes and won't let me do numerals obviously I must touch something that locks it .
I have to go out of what I am typing and start again .
Any ideas why is this ?

I guess you've tried shutting it down and restarting ... and clearing your history

Oh dear

My keyboard was very slow reacting today so I googled what to do yeah right ... sounded pretty alarming.

Found the first bit but not the rest of what was suggested ... so I just cleared the history and did a restart.

ALL OK again now.

That'll teach me to be smug ... it's slightly iffy occasionally

Solution is to go buy a proper laptop/netbook imo.

Pointless IMO

I have desktop iMacs.
Never use a laptop ... hate the things.

This iPad is amazingly versatile.

Obviously I wouldn't want to photo restore on it but it now goes everywhere with me.

In my bag when I go to visit friends, takes pretty good pics and I take it to bed so I can chat in the night if I want to.
