It's one of the first true landmark events in popular music history, most notable for Jimi Hendrix's performance and in particular when he set his guitar alight.
But it wasn't just a great rock and pop event. The show also marked one of Otis Redding's best shows too.
Monterey is not easy to find to be honest in it's full, unedited version - either on CD or DVD.
