Diane Abbott is back.

Hi

Yes folks, good news at last.

Diane Abbott is back as Shadow Home Secretary.

We are saved, we can sleep safely in our beds now.

I knew that once the election was over she's slither back into her old job.

Snake in the Grass!
Thank the Lord Labour didn't win! This was obviously part of Jeremy's plan by hiding her during his bid to win. He knew she was the fly in the ointment during the election.

Just think if they had won! Diane Abbott would now be the new Home Secretary!!! Doesn't bear thinking about.

Look on the bright side.

The Tories will be delighted to see her getting her ideas across to the public.

Also, she can get policemen to work for 5 quid a week.

How can anyone beat that?

Seems strange to me she conveniently went missing at a crucial time. A member of the general public would struggle to carry on regardless. But politicians arn't part of the general public which might explain it.

Too true, myself and countless thousands of others are Type 2 diabetics and we manage okay.

I worry that I dislike her so much, she is just such a hypocrite I can't even look at her without getting annoyed.

Re: Diane Abbott is back.

Abbott and Corbyn alike were imo the 2 major reasons why Labour performed so dismally in this election. No one trusts Corbyn, his past record is too tarnished and shady, and Abbott just comes over as incompetent. The majority of the country simply can't envisage either running the country.

Labour remains unfit to govern while ever they steadfastly refuse to remove the bad apples from the cart.

And that's just fine for the Tories. Let Cobyn and Abott linger on and the party continue to fester from the inside. It will simply ensure the next election is a yet another Tory victory.

In the end if they can't run and organise their own party what chance have they of running a country ?

Loony Labour is not going to be in government for a long time to come.
