"But You Still Lost"

Veteran broadcaster Andrew Neil laughs at Labour MP’s boast of election success.

The denial in the Looney Labour camp still runs so deep.

The Labour Party still live in LA LA land. . I still wonder why it was that students studying at Universities, received two polling cards? one for their university address and one for their home address. Rife for cheating with the Labour vote.

Mine didn't, only one for the one in the Uni constituency, which doesn't make sense as they come home soon!
A card originally arrived here but her name wasn't on the local list as she applied for a postal vote, which didn't materialise, then phoned for proxy vote, which also didn't work, ended up with a card arriving a couple of days before the election.
I think you'll find their name was only on the one list, at the polling station where they voted.

Sorry Tessa, I should have said that not all students received two cards, but accordingly, many said they had. Whether they filled in both, we will never know, but this should never have happened in the first place.

I was looking at a few what they actually received was the letter asking who lived at the address not the actual voting card. I'm not saying duplicates weren't issued but some of them had no idea what they had in their hands didn't entitle them to vote.

I don't think it's possible to vote in two places anyway.

Hi

It is very easy to vote in two places.

You do not need a poll card or identification, all you need is the name of someone on the electoral register.
