Burglars in Northampton drowned a 3 month old puppy, the poor owner returned home to find the poor pup in the bath

They are criminals for committing burglary and nasty because they chose to take the pups life. Is they really anybody who can offer any justification for helping them reform.
People like that are the dregs of society, and they seem to be increasing in number.
It is time to show them what real punishment is

Maybe a few years in the army will teach them what is expected from them?

The Army would turn its nose up at them. A waste of space to us and a waste of space to them.

If we can't euthanise them, at least we could send them to a third world-style prison where they work hard for their bread and water or do without. Their choice.
