is it best to avoid aluminium frying pans and cooking utensils?

Also pans made 0f iron produce rust. is this dangerous if digested, and what about teflon coated pans?

Sorry to digress a bit, but do you remember Odo-Ro-No? i think that was how it was spelled. It was a superb anti perspirant back in the 60s. Now I only use deodorant.

Gosh that name takes me back, eccles.
I think my Mum used to use that, then onto Mum Rollette.

I always use a stick deodorant or a roll on, you have more control over where it goes, as there has been contraversey about the spray types getting into breast tissue.
