He certainly was a very lucky little dog. I hope they find whoever put him in the bin and give him, her, or them, the same treatment. Not likely to happen of course, more likely to be a fine and "don't do it again".

I will never understand how someone can do that to another living creature. Glad he is ok though.

Same here dongles.
However much they may no longer want the dog, there is no excuse in the world to try and dispose of it in such a way.

Lucky dog but I'm not so sure he was put in the bin as others he has the cheeky look our old Ben did and he was often in the bin by his own efforts it took bricks and rope to tie it down to keep him out.
