Government 'coy' on strengthening off-shore tax regulations

Not surprised at this snippet of news, the scumbag 'nasty party' Minister Alan Duncan is not prepared to tighten up on regulations to control off-shore accounts, simply because its likely more of the 'nasty party' have investments off-shore.
