I would strongly dispute those figures. And if eating animals is a choice then so is eating fruit, vegetables, nuts and fish. The human body requires many vitamins and minerals, it is well equipped to deal with a variable diet including meat. Vegetarians always seem to take the high moral ground. It's a fact of life that animals eat other animals, and humans are no different. I do not have a problem with vegetarians or vegans, you can eat [or not eat] what you like, but don't try and make me feel guilty for eating meat.....Bon apertit
