At last, l am making the bread with the Spelt flour! It's in the bread maker and l will report back later about what it tastes like!
I wish l had bought some seeds to add to it!

Omah, For this wholemeal bread, it takes 5hrs, which is longer than the white bread l make in there which is, 4 hrs.

There is a 'quick' programme but l prefer the quality of the bread cooked on the longer programme.

This one will be ready in 30 mins! I'm not sure what to expect?!!

Omah, It's now cooked. Now if l put a pic up... you promise, that you won't laugh?
I couldn't believe my eyes when l lifted the lid as the pinger went went off.

The worst disaster ever!! It is funny though!

Wait til Realist sees it too!! He will crack up!!

mmmmm ..... not good enough for sandwiches but you could serve soup in it ..... if the top (or is it side?) crust can be extracted from the interior then make it into croutons .....

It doesn't taste too bad! I'm sure my hens would like it if l don't eat it!
