Corbyn Appoints Convicted Election Fraudster To Office

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017...entary-office/

Momentum campaigner, Marsha-Jane Thompson was appointed by the duplicitous Corbyn. Thompson:

"admitted to registering fake voters in the east London borough of Newham and was sentenced by a court to 100 hours of community service."

"Ms Thompson, who was employed by Newham Council at the time of committing the fraud, admitted to filling out and submitting more than 100 voter registration forms herself, including forging signatures."

"She pleaded guilty to multiple counts of using a false instrument, contrary to the 1981 Fraud and Counterfeiting Act, and one count of false accounting, contrary to the 1968 Theft Act, at Snaresbrook crown court in 2006 ."

"When approached for comment about the controversial appointment, a spokesperson for Mr Corbyn said: “We do not comment on staff issues.”

Re: .... And onther one bites the dust

An interesting article from last December

Why is Labour so worried about a crackdown on voter fraud?

https://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2016/1...n-voter-fraud/

"Labour’s argument that the move will disenfranchise millions of voters is bunk. True, not everyone has a driving licence – one of the suggested forms of ID which might have to be shown. But everyone entitled to vote is sent a polling card carrying their name, address. How could it disenfranchise anyone to be asked to produce this at the polling station rather than to do as anyone can do at present: turn up early in the day to an urban polling station covering a large area, where the people behind the desk are unlikely to recognise everyone on the list, and claim to be anyone they like?"

"the party fears that it would suffer disproportionately from a crackdown on voter fraud because its current voters are more likely to be involved in fraud than those of other parties. In 2014 the Electoral Commission published a report which singled out 16 local authority areas where it believed voter fraud to be especially prevalent. They were: Birmingham, Bradford, Calderdale, Derby, Kirklees, Pendle, Slough, Walsall, Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Coventry, Hyndburn, Oldham, Peterborough, Tower Hamlets and Woking.

It doesn’t take a lot to spot the connection between these places: almost all, with the exception of Woking and Peterborough, are Labour strongholds. Enough said. Labour will go on about voter ‘disenfranchisement’ but really it knows that it has a higher number of fake votes cast for it than are cast for other parties, and so stands to lose out if the fraudsters are tackled."

Now Looney Labour have actually appointed a convicted criminal election fraudster to office !!!

Shameful party

Yet another pathetic attempt at diversion of this thread from the original object - a scumbag 'nasty party'/ukip member who is now a convicted fraudster!!!

Re: .... And onther one bites the dust

Hardly a diversion.

There's a HUGE difference between discovering a fraudster and dealing with them, and wilfully appointing a KNOWN and CONVICTED election fraudster to office which is what the Marxist Corbyn has done.

THAT my commy chum is utterly despicable, utterly deplorable and testament to the true nature of the ultra Socialist/Marxist methodology.

Far from it, she has served her time and done her community service (I presume) so therefore she is now squeaky clean. In the fullness of time , under the rehabilitation of Offenders Act, she will have that conviction expunged from her records.

Laughable comment

So perhaps when Gary Glitter has served his time we can happily appoint him as ambassador of Childline?

It never ceases to surprise me the lengths Looney Labour supporters will go to try and defend the indefensible, such is their desperation.

Marsha Thomspn is entitled to get back into employment having served her time, BUT . . . .

There is absolutely no place in UK politics for her given her election fraud background.

A new career is appropriate.

Corbyn appointing her to a key office role is utterly ludicrous and highly suggesting of the kind of methodologies the Momentum thugs are using.

Have I REALLY got to educate you (sigh)!!!

Since her conviction was not so serious as to warrant a custodial sentence, having served her sentence, it is now considered 'spent' whereas 'kiddie fiddling' with a lengthy custodial sentence, can NEVER be regarded as spent, so your comment regarding Paul Gadd is ludicrous in the extreme.
