Re: Over 50s Club Wales (part 5)

Getting ready for the Rugby although at a very awkward time for me. It's going to be a battle I think.

Very grey here, but I don't think we are to expect rain. I'm sure I heard on TV, a few days ago, that major gales are on their way. I don't know when, as I was half asleep. There are so many leaves dropping, and bits of conifer, which need constant clearing that I think I may wait until these storms blow them all down.

Started my Methotrexate this morning. Apparently it causes low fertility. Now that's a bummer. No more babies carers thought that hysterically funny.

What a shame, but at least we beat the English.

Re: Over 50s Club Wales (part 5)

Nothing to be ashamed of, terrific match. Well done the boys.

You should see Jamie doing his Dan Biggar impression kicking a penalty - it's hysterical! Chris is so much better - now galloping around with a fine disregard for the fact that his arm is in a sling. Just hope he doesn't go too mad and rebreak the collarbone.

All packed and ready to go apart from my toilet bag. Off about 10.30 am tomorrow morning and this time tomorrow should be well on the way to Madrid. Hope the weather is going to be good to us, it's been very grey here today.

Re: Over 50s Club Wales (part 5)

Have a great time Sue, you luckly dab. It was 2 years this week that I was last able to visit to Cardiff (home), when I went to the meet at Penarth. So only able to see Cardiff family if they visit here. The older members and I do not see at all.

One of our live in carers flies back to Spain tomorrow. She is flying from Bournemouth to Alicante, though.

It was a good match. The carers and I have just done our version of the Haka, for Michael. Considering our new Bulgarian carer had never seen it before, she did really well.
