Flapjacks
Suddenly last evening I fancied a flapjack.
Got a Jamie Oliver recipe off the net....they are now in the oven looking good.....watch this space

So are you going to divulge the recipe?
My flapjacks always turn out wrong. I like the maple syrupy taste of some shop bought flapjacks but not the texture.
T'is a conundrum.

Google it....it is a very simple one, prepped, mixed and cooked in just over 30 minutes.
