It's not for the want of trying honestly, I adore eating all type of fish but it has to be cooked and hot!

Tofu can be deep fried or toasted. I and the MD took some clients to a Japanese restaurant in London, and I found I enjoyed raw fish. There used to be a Japanese mini market in Putney High Street. Did well as they were a fair number of Japanese living in the area
