You just gotta try a Dosa Apricot darlin' (Its a cross between a chapati and a pappadom). In the restaurant I linked to they serve them 1 foot long!!!
As I said (above) (Its a cross between a chapati and a pappadom). I think its made of Rice flour - crispy on the outside but soft inside. Go check out the bottom end of the menu card I linked - it explains some of it there.
