No idea what the other little dog is though.

Yes that's the dog I was thinking of mups lady near here has two. Lovely little characters hate all other dogs though so we don't get very close.

Re: Nervous dogs, a little threatening.

Along with the Norfolk Terrier there is also the Norwich Terrier, a noticeable difference is that the Norwich has erect ears. IMO these pups could be a mix of dogs, with at least a proportion of Yorkshire Terrier in each. It made me smile to see that they each had one erect ear on the opposite sides to each other. The Norfolk and Norwich can be feisty breeds, along with some strains of the Yorkshire. I don't think I would start worrying much about them at the moment. The most important thing is socialising and giving them experiences apart from each other, although it is almost inevitable that they will bond closely with each other, which can make it more time-consuming and awkward to train them as I think they should be trained separately - so double work. Just about every puppy wants to get close to faces, it is normal behaviour. They will also naturally nip and pull at things, including humans. This is how they express themselves and learn about their world. Work with them to ensure they learn bite inhibition and the nips will turn into more gentle mouthing. Most puppy owners end up with some "war wounds" as their pups grow and develop.
