Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Thanks for your advice Linda--I will take it all on board. feeling a little better now.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Forgive me if I've missed it in earlier posts, but have you seen your doctor about how ill you feel most of the time and do they know what's going on? I don't imagine it would be easy trying to get more food in ya if you feel too sick to eat it.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Its ok Linda--the counselling is for something else entirely---but it just affects my moods etc.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
I thought I would start off today with a change of direction-so started my day with fresh fruit, pineaplle, grapes, melon, a little low fat yoghurt, plus some low sugar granola [30 grams] I know granola is usually fiull of sugar etc but I saw this one on Sainburys saying less than 4% sugar, so i assumed it would be ok--175 calories for 35 grams-sounds perfect--but when I checked it on the Syns directory for slimming world, it gives it as 6 syns for only 25 grams---it does not make sense to me---plus it cost almost £4.00, looks like i will have to waste it now. How maddening.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
