Took this photo during a period of very heavy showers followed by sunshine. What grim colour those clouds are ..and with bright sunshine on the wild roses too.
A photo taken at the time of the Farnborough Airshow. Not taken from within the airfield but from a fairly high point nearby as the plane was circling around.

It was a really unusual event. It was late afternoon and the Sun and the clouds were low. Maybe that's why the clouds looked so black. The Sun wasn't shining though them from high above. I've got a rainbow photo somewhere taken at the same time. Also one that shows a sharp black edge to the cloud and clear blue sky outside of it.
