Wedding Day
My Great Uncle Jimmy and Great Aunt Emm's wedding day...
I have no idea of the date....
My Grandfather....
My Grandmother....
Both my paternal grandparents were musical, grandpa had his own band which grandma also belonged to. They used to play at garden parties and functions.
This must be where my son has acquired his musical talent from...... he only has to hear a piece of music and he can play it straightaway on the piano or keyboard. He can't read a note of music either!

Very nice photos and my guess would be almost certainly pre WW1 maybe even Victorian era.Although we have some wonderful things today I always feel when looking at such photos that we have lost something they had, a feeling of 'honour' and 'duty' . In those days if a government minister was found to have made a mistake they would instantly resign. It would have been dishonourable not to.
