Yes very clear a law implemented in 1947 and passed into law in 1951.
Roservelt served 3 full terms and part of a forth term. in the 1930/40s legaly
Fact the restriction of a US Pres standing for more than two terms was passed into law in 1951.

Did you see how he courted attention at the news conference by pointing to certain well established news reporters and refusing to admit their questions, jabbing his finger at them and saying, "Not you, your organisation's terrible" and then repeating it several times just in case anyone missed it!!
It IS entertainment in the same way the scraps on here serve as entertainment.
But it's not 5* entertainment from a polished performer, more 3rd rate end-of-pier crap.
