Had main meal lunchtime, chicken Kiev, parmentier potatoes with cheese, and peas. Ice lolly afterwards.

Tonight might have cheese and biscuits.

Was at hospital this morning and another appointment this afternoon - so no time in between to get home and cook a meal - had pub lunch instead - Beef and ale casserole - it was delicious!!!
