Well ... it's official
I have a virus ! Myrtle, you owe me a tenner !!Sorry for being a bit over sensitive and then disappearing but I really was feeling low. Had a ghastly cough, lungs full of gravel, bloated tum and bowel movements of almost clear liquid. I don't normally 'do' ill - so it all came as a bit of shock.
Decided to throw it at the medics.
Just come back from a GP appointment - all very thorough, all very sympathetic - but obviously hasn't a clue - any more than I have myself. Asthma was suggested at one point - but I laughed and it wasn't mentioned again. So - virus it is - and will just have to take it's time. Meanwhile - BP is off the scale and heartbeat has gone peculiar - so the prescription is ... rest!!
What an excuse to languish on the sofa with the cats and a good book !!
Thank you all for your good wishes and comments - it really cheered me up.
