I feel the same way. Fat fat fat. I'm not gaining or losing. Not really, anyway. I lost that 20 pounds and keep going up and down between the last 2 of it. I'll go down the 2 pounds. Then I'll go back up. Then I'll go back down. Then back up. It's like a teeter totter hovering just enough to make it sway up and down, but not really fully fall to one side or the other.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
I've been flubbing up bigtime lately with logging my calories and keeping track of everything I'm eating. I start off with good intentions in the mornings, logging whatever I'm having for breakfast or lunch (I never have both, it's either one or the other) and then it all goes downhill from there. I'm still screwed up from the holidays. They totally threw me off. And now I can't get myself back into my 'stricter' mindset where I stick to a certain amount of calories every day and leave it there. Because of this, my weight isn't budging. I've been struggling with the last 2 pounds for the last couple of months.
