Appendicitis

Nathan's not been too well for a few days but struggling on still working, all caught up with him early hours and was whisked off to the hospital with appendicitis. Operating at 2pm he's rung to say.

Must say great service from the NHS so far.

I am glad Nathan has got treatment so soon, it can be quite nasty if you don't catch it soon enough. I hope he recovers quickly.

I felt a bit guilty I told him Monday it was probably the takeaway he had Sunday evening

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Nathan. Good to know it was dealt with quickly. Years ago when Mr Clumsy was taken to hospital with suspected appendicitis they left him waiting so long before operating he ended up with peritonitis and was very ill. Good to know they are operating quickly on Nathan.

Yes as I said quite impressed with them, I think I helped we saw a doctor at the beginning of his shift, the chap signing off looked like he'd been through a war !

Don't feel too bad about that Julie. When Mr Clumsy was in agony I told him it was most likely the sickness and diarrahea that he had, because the previous day he told me they had 9 drivers off with it.
