According to the article JP Morgan say that this 'cheating' is not what the bank promotes as its ethos and character "This conduct was not just a clear violation of the rules, but completely inconsistent with the values we foster at the firm."

Given the events of 2008, I think they may have got that slightly wrong!!!

I think hopefully it means they are cleaning up their act and hopefully others may be following suit.
