Soft Spelt Flour...Advice Please..

I bought some soft spelt flour from Holland and Barrett to make some bread in my Panasonic Bread Maker but there is no recipe for this flour in their recipe book. As I have never used this type of flour before, l wondered if someone could advise me.
Do l use it just as l would wholemeal flour?
Do l add anything else to it, or add white flour?
I would be grateful for any advice.

Wholemeal Spelt bread

This is positively the easiest and most tasty Spelt bread recipe I have come across. Turns out perfectly every time and has become an often requested favourite of my clients. It takes next to no prep time, keeps well and is fab for toasting too!

Thank You Omah. You're always there to help me!

I had hoped to be able to make the bread in my bread maker but I'm wondering now, if it's not suitable for this flour?

Give it a try Art and let us know how it turns out. I have a bread maker that I never use, but this may encourage me to try again, if you say it is OK.

Twink, Bread makers make lovely bread, so effortlessly. I used to use mine a lot last year but when l went on the diet, l wasn't eating so much bread.

Oh good, I will give it a try and then I can blame you if I put some weight on.
