Panto or Nativity?

I was hoping to put on an OFF Panto or Nativity.
I thought about Nativity, but who would be Mary?
Then I thought a Panto would be more fun.
Any suggestions on this matter would be gratefully received.

I'll let you know after Gracie's nativity and our trip to panto next couple of weeks. If I survive I'll have more idea which I prefer this year.
