I'm not sure it meets Building Regulations, but all credit to the chap and his family, a lovely story.....

I lked the shepherd's hut Cassie (but not the price).

I would love to live in a Hobbit house - the idea really appeals to me. At £3,000 if it only lasted a few years it could always be re-built. I'd even have a got at it myself.

It could be called a shed or a temporary structure - would it be OK then Barry? If there were enough dogs living in it with me I would call it an animal shelter
