Oh, I likely don't have the energy but I do have patience! As my OH points out we could close off half of it and live in the other while renovating. He can do much of the work required (insulation, drywall, trim, plumbing) but we'd need a mason to do the brickwork that's loose. I'd have fun with the yard and garden.
And rather than cut the grass, maybe I'd get a pair of goats!
We went through it once already and I've got my banker looking into whether they'd offer a mortgage considering the condition it's in.
