I walk a couple of miles a day to and from work. I'm on my feet for hours at a time at work 5 days a week and on my 2 days off I walk about 6 miles per day. I'm sorry you can't walk that much but a couple of miles a day is great especially if you have medical problems. So well done youRe: Over 50s Club Midlothian Scotland
You would think after that long walk today I'd be relaxing this evening but you'd be wrong! My 20 year old daughter, who lives with me, is trying to lose weight for her holidays. Och I've def' had a more exciting Morning than You Tess...hoovered the carpets,cleaned /polished the wooden floors,polished the furniture,scrubbed Bathroom/shower from top to bottom,same with the Kitchen,cleaned out some drawers in Bedroom,ditched a load of old fake jewellery,went up into loft to bring down a box of books which I'd brought from My last House 10 Yrs ago, now sitting having a cuppa and a nice slice of choc' cake...just another Day in Paradise
