I do feel sorry for her but that doesn't mean I can't feel a bit sorry for him too. I am sure he didn't go out that night to rape anyone, the young these days use sex very differently to how we did I think and he had no idea she was vulnerable I would guess. My boys tell me terrible tales of what goes on, even shocks them what some get up to. I just hope I have taught them well enough they never get in a situation they cannot get out of easily.

I'm the opposite - the room was prebooked - when he escorted her out of the kebab shop she could barely stand and left her handbag there. Instead of being a gentleman, and get her a cab, he took her to the hotel and rang his mate to let him know - he had a bird.
The fact that it was filmed, tells me scum and the rapist after the assault, used the fire escape - scum
But we are all entitled to our opinion - I can only hope his book, already written, doesn't sell one copy and he loses his life as a footballer !

If a girl or a boy for that matter want to have sex in this day and age is that sordid and was it ever?

What is sordid in this case is Mcdonald after having sex with this girl rang up his mates to **** her as well and film it.

Nice point about the Evans family they have just published the cctv footage of her entering the hotel and identifying her again, The Police say that she will have to be given ANOTHER new identity.

Yes sex can be sordid, it can be beautiful and caring and many other things too but you cannot deny surely it can be sordid too.
I like to think mine wait until they at least find someone they care for, not seen any signs yet they don't love the girls they are going out and staying in with, eldest is hoping when he gets back on leave to ask his young lady to marry him. Not the actions of some of the people of his age.
