Where was young Andy hidden away?
Was he in a cellar at Phelan's workplace?
I couldn't make out where he was.

Yes, if Phelan had called an ambulance when Michael was having his heat attack perhaps he could have been saved. Instead - Phelan walked away & let him die.

Maybe that's what he went to confession about - oh and Andy of course. I think he's trying to mend his ways & become a good man....
