All these menus sound delicious - maybe we should do our own version of 'Come, dine with me' and work our way round all of them??!!

One of my cousins is going on Come Dine With Me her name is Emma and she is from Harrogate...look out for her. No idea when it will be filmed her hubby said she has to learn to cook first

I'm not sure I have a signature dish Rhian perhaps I would order take away hide all the evidence and smile sweetly

Starter...... Individual ramekins filled with haddock & prawns in a creamy cheese sauce, covered in grated cheddar and baked.

Main......... Beef Wellington served with Madeira sauce & steamed, assorted, seasonal veg.......with a few Jersey royals for those who are really hungry.

Dessert........ Pavlova filled with whipped cream and summer fruits.

No starter, but then I can fill people up with either my cauldron of curried stew with suet dumplings (they sink in the stomach like depth charges ) or toad-in-the-hole. For pudding - a large dish of Rhubarb crumble and custard.
