If I knew there was a wasp flying around in my house, no way would I go to bed until it was caught...

Roxy , when I was a little girl and didn't know any better, I poked a stick into a nest and they attacked me and stung me all over my head. I went hysterical. That scared me for the rest of my life. It I see one, I am very upset. It is terrible and anyone with me, I hide behind them....I am so afraid of getting stung....and it hurts for 2 weeks.

That's mad showing people around a house with a hornets nest in it, they should have got rid of them before.

Re: 2 Inch Wasps, OMG.

I am allergic to wasp, bee & horse fly stings/bites, so no way would I go near them. I swell up & feel really ill if I get a lot at once & I'm sure if I had many & no treatment I would die, so I steer clear of all of them.

Re: 2 Inch Wasps, OMG.

I have removed quite a number of wasps nests over the years. The first one was about 30 odd years ago, and I ended up with lots of stings all over my face and arms. I got better at removing them over time and had much less stings. I didn't have a single sting last time I removed one at our previous property.
