Cheese omelette sandwich for lunch. Now cooking is a lamb shank in mint gravy, with mashed potato, peas and carrots.

Agree UJ I love kangaroo too.

For tonight we're having scotch fillet steak & vegetables with lemon meringue pie for dessert.

Stella darlin' - Kangaroo steaks (along with many other 'safari meats') are very healthy as there is very little or no fat on them - just solid flesh, therefore there is no waste!!! In addition, they are very healthy for you and they taste very nice if cooked slowly and not cremated!!!

Only just arrived back from the hospital and had no breakfast so having breakfast for lunch, two boiled eggs with toast.

Supper will be salad blitzed in the nutribullet to make a lettuce and mint smoothie
