We had Chicken Breasts, I made a pocket in the middle and added Garlic Cheese and sprinkled Piri Piri Spices on top, with Cubed Fried Potatoes and Vegs.

Sounds yummy
Chicken has been my staple diet for a loooong time and I gave up cheese a year or 2 ago (loved cheese all my life ... and potatoes)

Did cutting cheese out of my life affect my high cholesterol ?

Nah .... NO WAY

It's scallops in a cheese sauce topped with bread crumbs and piped mash potatoes, served in a scallop shell. Delicious.

Ok, thank you, don't like Scallops.

We had Steak and Kidney Pudding with vegs.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Clearing out the 'fridge yesterday I discovered a sad looking bag of leeks had bought just before Christmas. We had had the two biggest sliced and steamed with some pork and had forgotten the rest. However when the soggy outer leaves were removed the rest of the stalk was fine (love that about leeks) so having also found a small container of diced pancetta, I made a big pan of leek and potato soup. So later on will be having a bowl of that. If it tastes half as good as it looks and smells then should be delish.
