It has no chance. Concorde failed for many reasons,one being not allowed to go supersonic over land.

Those two aircraft are concepts from Lockheed. In addition to these, they are working on another type of passenger aircraft that uses what is known as a box wing design. This type of wing reduces the sonic booms, and is therefore expected to be able to get the supersonic-speeds-over-land ban lifted.

There are other concepts from Boeing and Grumman. NASA awarded separate contracts to the 3 companies mentioned to investigate the feasibiltiy of it all.

I must delete some of the trivia I remember from my mind!
