all raw meat including joints, fish, bread,cheese our veggie/fruit from the garden.

I use bowls of 'nearly' boiling water, changed regularly, and scrape away at the frost. Managed to do my chest freezer in 30 mins - well pleased!

Use a steam cleaner.
Defrosting this way is very VERY fast. If you google, there are youtube videos to show you how easily it's done.

Quorn sausages (for 'him')
