Phones kitchen fitter-blah blah-is this a service you are proud of? Umm I thought that had been fixed. Nope. We will see what happens over the next two hours. Some of my friends already want to picket their showroom-grief if I let them loose Orgreave would look like a teddy bear`s picnic

Stick to your guns og you deserve a better service than they have given you.

Tell them, email and/or letter, that they have 7 days to complete to a satisfactory standard or you'll get another contractor in, you'll pay the contractor and expect them to reimburse your out of pocket expense.

This has really put me off having mine done OG.

I think the first warning sign was when they didn't turn up on the first day even!
I do hope you get it sorted.

Some of us make a conscious effort to make a difference.

I worked(new rainwater system) for Pesta not so long ago and I think I was late once....5 minutes.

I even turned up after visiting my mum in hospital......why, because it was raining(when we had that very, very hot week)and I hadn't fitted an outlet(was doing that the next day)and I didn't want her worrying about it.

Why?
I care about the industry, my customers and my reputation.
